These terms govern the use of wambooka.com and all purchases made on it. Last updated: 17 October 2026. Please read them before placing an order: by confirming an order you accept them.<\/p>\n

These terms apply to consumers (natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade or profession) and to business customers. Provisions on the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity apply to consumers only. Purchases can be made only by persons aged 18 or over. Where these terms conflict with mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where the consumer lives, the rules more favourable to the consumer prevail.<\/p>\n
Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible; natural materials (bone, horn, wood, stone, leather) and hand-made items can show small differences from one piece to another. Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable; shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout before you confirm. Import duties and taxes for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and are charged to the customer by the local customs. In case of an obvious pricing error we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel the order with a full refund.<\/p>\n
The order is placed by completing the checkout and clicking the button that confirms the obligation to pay. We send an email acknowledging receipt; the contract is concluded when we send the shipping confirmation or, for digital products, the access details. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of unavailability, suspected fraud or payment problems, refunding any amount already paid.<\/p>\n
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Link and the other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal on their secure pages; we never see or store card details. Invoices are issued electronically and are available in your account or sent by email; business customers must enter their VAT number and SDI code or certified email at checkout.<\/p>\n
Orders leave Catania within 1-2 working days with a tracking number. Indicative delivery times are 1-3 working days in Italy, 3-6 in Europe and 6-12 in the rest of the world, customs clearance excluded; in any case delivery takes place within 30 days of the order unless otherwise agreed. Stave snare drums, custom straps and personalised items are made to order and the lead time is confirmed by email. For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes when you or a person designated by you takes physical possession of the goods. Please check the parcel on delivery and report any visible damage to the courier and to us within 7 days: this makes handling the claim faster, without prejudice to your legal rights.<\/p>\n
If you are a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you or a person designated by you receives the goods, without giving any reason. To do so, send an unequivocal statement to hello@wambooka.com or by post to the address above, for example using the form at the end of these terms. Return the goods within 14 days of your notice, unused, complete and preferably in the original packaging; the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of their return. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.<\/p>\n
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example boxes with custom laser engraving and custom-made snare drums or straps), nor to digital content such as the video course once you have started the download or streaming with your express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under Articles 128-135-septies of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206\/2005): we are liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery that becomes apparent within two years. Defects appearing within one year of delivery are presumed to have existed at delivery. You are entitled, at your choice and within the limits of the law, to repair or replacement free of charge, or otherwise to a price reduction or termination of the contract. To make a claim write to hello@wambooka.com with the order number and photos of the defect: we will arrange collection or replacement at our cost. For business customers the warranty of Articles 1490 and following of the Italian Civil Code applies, with a one-year term and notice of defects within 8 days of discovery.<\/p>\n
Commercial warranty: in addition to the legal guarantee, Fabric 30 and Fabric 50 drum heads are guaranteed by Wambooka for two years against wear of the playing surface under normal use; the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper mounting, sharp or damaged sticks, or accidents.<\/p>\n
Wambooka, Nativo and the other names, logos, designs, texts, photos and videos on the Site belong to Fabulous Instruments S.r.l. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws; they may not be copied or reused without written permission. You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, not to interfere with its operation and not to submit false data. Reviews and comments you publish must be truthful and respectful; we may remove content that violates the law or these terms.<\/p>\n
Our products are musical instruments and accessories intended for musicians and are not toys; please follow the safety information published on the Product Safety (GPSR) page. Within the limits allowed by law, we are not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products or by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the law applicable to consumers.<\/p>\n
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers the competent court is that of the place where the consumer resides or has elected domicile (Article 66-bis of the Consumer Code); consumers living in another EU country also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country. For disputes with business customers the Court of Catania has exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution bodies (ADR) listed by the Italian Ministry of Enterprises; we will consider any such request in good faith. Before any action, write to us at hello@wambooka.com: we solve almost every problem directly.<\/p>\n
