How much is shipping?

Orders ship from Catania, Italy with a tracking number.

  • Italy: free on orders over €39, €5 below that.
  • Europe: €18 flat.
  • Rest of the world: €54 flat. Import duties and taxes outside the EU are charged by your local customs and are not included.
How long will delivery take?

Orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days in Italy, 3–6 working days in Europe and 6–12 working days in the rest of the world, depending on customs. Stave snares and custom straps are made to order: we confirm the lead time by email.

What happens after I order?

You receive an order confirmation right away, then a second email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel ships. You can also follow it from the Track order page.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes. Every order includes an invoice. If you are a VAT-registered business, add your company name and VAT number at checkout and the invoice will carry them.

How can I contact you?

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, MyBank and Link. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal; we never see or store your card details.

Can I return a product?

Yes. Return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Email [email protected] with your order number and we send you the return instructions.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Send us a photo of the product and the packaging within 7 days of delivery. Once we have checked it, we ship a replacement at our cost or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped. Email us with the order number and we take care of it.

Is there a warranty?

All products are covered by the two-year legal guarantee for consumers in the EU. Fabric 30 and Fabric 50 drum heads are additionally guaranteed for two years against wear.
